Director, Enterprise Risk Management

Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading Constellation Brand?s Enterprise Risk Management Program by overseeing, leading and directing many Corporate Risk Management programs and activities.
Responsibilities :
+ Directs the annual update and maturation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
+ Directs the creation of policies, business operation guidance, on-going independent risk assessment and emerging risk identification for select risk pillar(s).
+ Responsible for the development, integration and implementation of the
Business Continuity Management (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) management programs ensuring operations ability to timely restore business activities in the event of a business interruption.
+ Responsible for collaborating with the businesses in developing risk management procedures, continuity scenarios and contingency plans as well as the ongoing maintenance of these programs
+ Coordinates efforts to align strategic planning with business segments and corporate strategy to assess forward risk horizon, opine on strategic alignment with Corporate and Segment Risk Appetites and independently evaluates where changes to risk profile trigger strategic plan or risk governance framework updates
Qualifications - Certifications:
Required: One or more industry certifications related to BCM.
Qualifications - Technical Skills:
Required: Experience in operational process risks, resilience & risk control practices. Ability to develop schedules & track progress for various aspects of Constellation Brands, Inc. BCM Programs.
Qualifications - Non-Technical Skills:
Required: Strong verbal, presentation & written communication. Must be able to interface & coordinate work efficiently & effectively with business partners including remote locations. Strong teamwork, relationship management, influencing, management, & leadership skills.
Qualifications - Other:
Required: Travel to branch offices, industry events or outsourced partners. Provides 24x7 on call support for any emergency. Occasional off hour interface to international offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering
+ 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM) practices & protocols including BCM standards, promoted by BCI, DR and ISO with experience in Insurance Operations, Emergency Response Planning preferred
+ Management Computer Systems Excel, Word, JDE, SAP, Hyperion etc.
Preferred Requirements:
+ MBA preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
