Regional Market Director - Upstate New York

Centerline Solutions is currently hiring a Regional Market Director for Upstate New York.
The Regional Market Director is responsible for leading all services delivery and business development for the regional market.
This includes development and oversight of sales plans and operating budgets, leadership of all market staff, and direction of all operations and initiatives.
Team Leadership Manage multiple functional teams including RF, Site Development, A&E, Field Operations, and ConstructionsDevelop and maintain business processes that leverage systems resulting in efficient and effective cross functional delivery of services to multiple clientsDevelop and share best practices with peers and across the large companyLead via example according to company values of safety, integrity, and qualityPromote teamwork and create a positive work environment Fiscal Oversight Develop annual sales plans that result in aggressive growth of servicesDevelop annual operational budgets that support growth and quality of services within profitability targetsManage teams and budgets utilizing strong processes and reporting methodologies that drive performance and visibility Business Development Expand customer base and project base by leveraging existing decision maker relationships and developing new relationships within the wireless service provider sectorExpand customer base beyond wireless service provider industry into industries such as municipal, state, and federal government, utilities, healthcare, etc.
Monitor market activity and participate as appropriate and RFPs and other calls for servicesExpand geographically within the region to other markets that have growth opportunities Team Development Provide opportunities for all staff to grow and improve skills to expand on their ability to deliver solutions to customersProactively identify and hire or support the hiring of all staff necessary to efficiently and effectively deliver on existing work and also support growth Operations Management Oversee all operational issues with the regional markets such as:
Office leases and logisticsVehiclesFuelOperational services (internet, utilities,etc) Qualifications:
10+ years of direct experience leading network implementation teams in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Direct experience working for wireless service providers and/or for firms providing network implementation services for the wireless service providersExhibit strong leadership skills (project leadership and management)Excellent business development and fiscal management skills Individuals who possess strong relationships with decision makers with the wireless service providers, OEMS, turf vendors, and tower companies within the region are preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
