Summary:
The store maintenance specialist will be tasked with the overall maintenance across all CountryMax stores.
The store maintenance specialist will report directly to the Construction Manager and Human Resources Manager.
The maintenance specialist will provide daily service to all stores including routine maintenance and general service tasks.
The various tasks will include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, flooring, HVAC, landscaping and general structural repair and diagnosis.

Position Outline:
The store maintenance specialist plays a critical role in maintaining stores to ensure they are operating at 100% effectiveness.
The store maintenance specialist will provide numerous services to stores including plumbing, electrical, light masonry, carpentry, HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting, flooring, landscaping and general structural diagnosis and repair.
While interacting with retail stores and the general public, the SMT will be required to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner Any specialized tools and resources will be provided, but the store maintenance technician should have their own inventory of tools and supplies on hand The store maintenance specialist will be required to travel to stores and to worksites as needed Position Requirements:
The store maintenance specialist will primarily work around the various stores and potential construction sites:
Previous experience and knowledge regarding electrical, plumbing, masonry, HVAC, flooring, landscaping, and carpentry is preferred Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Experience operating a forklift or working in a warehouse environment is a plus Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 12 hours each day Ability to work in a stressful role while conducting oneself in a courteous and professional manner Ability to operate effectively as a team or individually Job Types:
