Responsibilities:
The Program Manager serves as the customer advocate and single point of contact for their assigned accounts.
The Program Manager takes the lead in coordinating with internal stakeholders all technical, process and material requirements.
The Program Manager is tasked with ensuring all products are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
Provide interface, communication and coordination with internal and external customers on matters pertaining to existing contracts and bid and proposal activities.
In addition, the Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the financial performance of each account meets the targets set by Management.
Job Requirements:

Experience:
2 Years Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contract manufacturing preferred Experience with Government FARS/DFARS desirable but not required Must be a US Citizen Personal Attributes:
Ability to interface with internal stake holders and customers at all levels Exceptional organizational skills Demonstrated strategic thinking & problem-solving skills Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft office/excel/ERP systems Typical Duties:
Set up quotes and customer orders in ERP system.
Initiate internal team meeting to ensure all customer requirements are understood and executable.
Analyze, compare and interpret customer supplied documentation with internal stakeholders and work with customer to resolve any open issues during quote and contract review process.
Assure that conduct of contract requirements is executed in accordance with appropriate regulations and Company policies and procedures (i.
e.
:
federal acquisition regulations) Execute material quotation process, as needed, by gathering and analyzing cost data.
Use Excel to summarize analyses.
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to obtain labor estimates, test, NRE and other costs.
Identify and work to resolve problems that develop, escalating problems encountered to manager in a timely manner when necessary with recommendations for solutions.
Review all labor, material and NRE estimates, together with rate structures for each bid.
Serve as key member of final bid/quote review team.
